I have a 99 fld detroit 12.7. What position is the fuel handles on top of the tanks supposed to be at? I habe one all the way in. One half in. No matter the position with new fuel lines does it work correctly. New cheque valbes and fuel caps. All tje fuel ens up in the ds tank. Pass runs dry and the truck shuts down.
