West Coast Trucking out of Oakland California is one of the worse They wanted me to run the scales because that truck I was in had a 8 in the window so that mint it have been inspected and 2008 are 2018 I kept asking the owner to fix everything that was wrong with the truck so I can take it and have it inspected to get a valid inspection sticker because I do not like running the scales I value my license too much for that then they would not allow driver's enough sleeping time like for instance say 10 p.m. they call you tell you to be at the truck at 2 a.m. that's not enough time when they should have called you we are earlier than that and I know for a fact that the one of their drivers because it's a company that does Port work we have to have a TWIC card I'm not sure but I think a couple of their drivers are using other people TWIC cards literally add a 6 to 7 trucks I don't think none of them has been inspected through.. Department of Transportation I recently quit and start a new job with a very good company that has no problem with their equipment passing the inspection for the Department of Transportation I work for them previously a few years back and I know that the owner of this company take Pride and even learn how to do some lightweight work to the trucks do that driver's safety is number one with this company and I'm so happy to be back with them words cannot express but West Coast Trucking need to be shut down because it is a shady company which the owner is in being investigated 4 stealing to flatbed trailers worth two hundred grand each
A trucking company that tells day drivers to runs the scales the daily

The 2 inspections I got were on the roadside on 2 lane no shoulder hiway.
In other words you will get caught eventual or sued if defective unsafe truck hurts someone. Do not drive that truck one more mile and, find another job. Your Boss doesn't care about you or your safety.snowlauncher, Team818, okiedokie and 5 others Thank this. -

There are so many trucking companies that treat drivers better than they ever have before. Find one. The power is with the driver now. It's not 10 years ago when a lot of drivers "sucked it up" because it was a job and paid fairly decent. Now, you can find good pay and get treated well. Those companies that don't keep up will be out of business.
Team818 Thanks this. -
