Not very. We have a crap ton of freight that comes down here. FedEx, DHL, whirlpool, and ups being the top. They let me BT from Jacksonville or Miami to go to Pasco. I have been late getting home a few times but not bad considering.</p><p><br /></p><p>I live unloaded for the first time the other day in what seems like 6 months. Seriously... Can't remember my last LUL.</p><p>Doesn't mean it won't happen or that it wouldn't happen a couple times in a row. Just saying it's been awhile. </p><p><br /></p><p>I stick to guns when they try to bull crap me into nights. For the example : had a load that finished at 13:00 they had a split that would meet me at 00:00 to run 591 miles. I did it. Miles were to good to say no. Next morning I delivered and waa going to shut down by noon. They had a pre plan that had a split set to meet me at 22:00 for 401 miles. </p><p><br /></p><p>That's when I said no, and my team leader knows me by now and didn't argue. Had a pre plan the next morning a 7:30am going 300 miles then had to run off 148 mile dh for next pu that goes 555 miles tomorrow. </p><p><br /></p><p>So in short, yes you will run nights but if you want off them... Tell your team leader. They are good about switching you off for a week or so. </p><p><br /></p><p>As far general feelings of the company, they haven't changed from what I wrote.
