    Hey all
    Curious if anyone else on here has been through a serious accident (fatality) And serious injury to survivor and yourself ?

    Work comp has been useless and there IME is just there attempt to wipe there hands of it as soon as they can. Its just a waiting game at this point any tips or experience?

    Stop!! Whatever you do, gather your information up, and make sure everything is documented - people you talked to, cops who were on the scene, and so on. Then, find a lawyer and stop posting. He/she will help you through all of it.

    I have been through this from the company side of things and it is very important you get legal help NOW.

    As the person who got hit, it sucks and it doesn't get better as the years go by. Don't settle for too cheap, you never know what sort of related problems will show up in 10, 20, 30 years.
