    Hello everyone, i have an active code but we can not find the issue. The code is MID128 SID380 FMI 11. Anyone have any familiar codes? Truck seems to drive normal any suggestions? Truck is 09 volvo 670 cummins engine. Please and thank you.

    That fault is for DOC face plugged. Is the engine using any oil or coolant? When what the last time you had the DPF cleaned? The DOC should be checked and cleaned at that time as well.

    Not really nothing out of standar ware and use, i found the code to mean that it cant read tbe catalyst..?

    Yesm the DOC, Diesel Oxidation Catalyst. FMI 11 means that it's sensing that the face of it is plugging up. Chances are the your truck will not regen, if it can't regen it will eventually derate and shutdown, so get it checked out ASAP.

    When is the last time you have the DPF cleaned and fuel doser cleaned?
