    Does one actually have to live by one of their terminals in order to be employed by them? I'm out in Montana currently but have no obligation to stay here freezing lol

    You can live anywhere you want and they will give you a load going home but it's your responsibility to find your own way back to your home terminal for dispatch. 99% of the drivers live near there home terminal just because of home time is so much better

    They make you pay your own way from home even though they send you there with a load? Why would they do that, it would be just like any other load. They have to get you back to pick up the next one anyhow...

    Is this still a good company to work for? And would I have to go to Canada if I work here? And what can I expect to make? What about home time?
