Advice for new truck

I am looking at buying my first truck and a local KW dealer has a few 2016 Prostars available with between 450-500k miles for about $30k. They all have Cummins ISX 425 and 10-speed trannies. I’ve read a ton about people hating on these trucks but it almost always has to do with the Maxxforce engines. I’m not looking for a top of the line truck. I’m not OTR, just local hauling containers for Walmart and only doing maybe 250 miles/day. I would also be deleting it immediately as I know that the vast majority of issues I’ve had and seen has been emissions related. I just would like to hear some thoughts on this. Thanks!
