Other then deleting DEF, what would your advice be on taking care of your rig while in west Texas Odessa tuning pneumatic? I have an APU therefore I will not be idling at night. Changing the air filter constantly because of all the dust ( how often though would you recommend )?
Any other advice you can give?? Thank you very much..

Get a prefilter wrap for your air filter housing, and of course make sure your blower air filter gets changed frequently as well. Make sure your tires are properly inflated. Don't drive fast down the lease roads. Replace any shocks (including cab and sleeper shocks) that are worn out or leaking. Tanker work is hard on fifth wheel jaws and differentials, so make sure the jaws are properly adjusted and the rears get serviced.

Lube, oil, filters, about 15-20% more frequent than normal.
Have a reliable tire guy on speed dial.
Do not have an auto-shift.
