If they're crazy expensive or not available, get the dealer to print out a parts image and find something similar on Amazon. There's a lot of different shelf pins/clips, but not as many styles as you'd think. For that matter, browse them in a search and find something that will work, then make a shelf. For that matter, the shelves may not be as expensive as you'd think. Never know until you ask.
I did this to replace some broken plastic shelf clips in the 40 year old cheap builder installed pre-fab cabinets in my house. A whole bag of them for $5.
