Well this 99 T2000 that i bought last year had AG200 suspension. It was in good shape due to truck low milage 570k. But after year bushing pin wore out. Just one. Yeah right all 4 was bad. Anyway. Last year i also bought 00 T2000 parts truck from same guy. I got everything minus motor and tranny. So truck already had AG400 suspenion so swap its. But since everything was out mine as well replace bushings on AG400. Old ones was still good but why not
Took me 30 minutes to drop control arms/wish bones on each truck, 1 hour to remove 4 bushings on AG400 control arms and install new Atro bushing. I orederd Atro puller and installer tools so it wasnt bad since i already had 20 ton press. Now im about to do alightment at local KW. Drove to dealership and ride was nice and tight
Atro parts that i used was
    2 x SW59-29058 Sway bar rebuild bushing kit $260
    4 × SW59-29599 Sway bar shaft collar $120
    1 x PT00-52100 Removal tool $60
    1 x PT59-59100 Press in tool $60
Total in parts with discount was $400

Than you for this thread. I am not a truck owner and may never be but these type of threads are my favorite. I love seeing guys doing their own work. The money saved is incredible I’m sure.

Thanks for posting pics. I did the same swap to my ‘99 W900L a couple years ago. Didn’t have a parts truck though, had to buy new from Kenworth. It was worth it.

To make ride even better and safer i got new K303-22 Paccar/Firestone airbags and new 1" 200 psi hose for air supply. Bought 25 ft just in case i need for spare
Old air bags wasnt leaking since they only have 680k miles but they are 20 year old with cracks

I've always bought used sway bars from like vander haggs. Usually can get fairly new ones for around 700. Then I just swap out. Those 400 sway bars are so much better then that crappy 200. It's hard to keep a proper alignment with that 200.

If anyone is still here that’s done this.
The center long bolts. Mine seized most convenient way to pull them out? Tried hammering no go. Going to resort to heat and hammering next. In the mean time posting here and taking a modelo break.

Heat them cherry red and 3/4" impact to spin them out. Lots of antiseize going back together.
