My friend and I want to start driving teams in a 1ton cargo van. Does anyone know of a company that'll lease on a team with a twenty year old driver?

I really don't know of anyone who would hire in a truck that small (but you say van, not truck) other than hot shot service. Honestly, I don't know if a vehical of the like would be able to handle such abuse as they are not made to constantly run and run and run all the time like a big truck. The newer van's like the one's Freightliner offer's called a Sprinter. A lot of expediter's use these in such purposes but I don't know of teaming in one still constantly keeping it on the move. The guy's I see doing so are flying colo with companies like Panther II. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure, If you were operating a vehicle as a commercial vehicle in interstate commerce you would have to be 21 yrs old.
