My clutch leg has been giving me a lot of trouble and pushing in the clutch every day has not been helping so I’m working on a solution. I rigged up an air cylinder to push in the clutch, it works pretty good. I think I’m going to try to make the return circuit have two stages so that when the clutch pedal gets near the top it slows down but it’s fast on the bottom end of the stroke.
I’m open for suggestions as to how to slow the clutch pedal near the top of the stroke.

I’ve got a video but can’t figure out how to load.

This is a joke isn't it???
I have driven a manual for over30 years & no problem. Just use clutch taking off or backing. -
Sounds like distracted driving too.

Don't remember who makes it bimba or Parker. The cylinder is made to slow down towards the end of the stroke. You should call bimba and Parker and ask them.

Best advice is probably get out of truck while it heals. A person's health is more important than driving.
wtokhi Thanks this. -

One of those would certainly be a hell of a nice change from a ceramic clutch.Tx Countryboy Thanks this.
