It leaks out or the sides where that torch screw holds in the seal when I set the brakes air will blow put but then stop after some time.

When I push in the brake buttons it will make a noise for a little longer then usual.

Hook up to a different trailer. What does it do?

    I use the same trailer.
    Maybe I'll test that sometime.

I didn't hear any air leaking. Could I still have a bad chamber?

    Sounds like this is common.

If I remember last I had this problem it was a broken spring in a chamber. And an air leak from transmission air servo line fitting.

Your description of the problem is not complete. What happens when you push in the red knob? What happens when you pull the jonny bar? Those are quick release valves. Which one leaks red or blue?

Well, when I push in the trailer brake and release it the air noise will linger longer then it used to.
I also hear some are inside of the cab of the truck after both brakes are set.
Those fitting in the picture. The old one doesn't have any air pressure when I took it off. The old one is causing the issues. I had changed it out with a new one and later on, it leaking again!.

So I put on the other good old one in its place to see if perhaps a faulty part. Well later on it does it again!

Replace the used valve with a new one. Sounds like a bad diaphragm.

I thought those are called tractor protection valves.?

Thing most people overlook when diagnosing air systems is a lot of valves tend to have their exhaust open to atmosphere when they aren't being used. A lot of times its an air system component upstream or downstream of the leaking part that has failed. It just leaks out the open exhaust port because its the easiest place for air to escape.
