I had my relay valve replaced at the dealership the other day. Now my air warning lights flicker, when I hook up to a trailer. Sometimes it will come on when I hit a bump. But, when I get rolling it doesn’t come on. It’s not leaking air. My air Pressure is normal. Could replacing the relay valve caused this problem? 2006 9400.

LOL, another, "Ever since ya..." They would have drained the air, so I would guess the spring switch inside the air warning is sticking.

Where is the spring switch located?

There is one for each system, usually behind the panels around the pedals.
