After arriving at security I fill out the entry form and do the temperature check, then proceed to the window… from there things went to hell.</p><p>&nbsp; The female guard looks at me and in a very hostile tone demands I give her the insurance info on my truck along with my license abs stating I will be charged with destruction of property… WHAT???? I explain to her I have no idea what she was talking about and I didn’t hit anything. She then kept making demands and made a really snotty remark about “we&#039;ll see what the security camera shows”. All this time I’m trying to keep my tone polite, trying to be “professional”. I then ask “politely” as she still has the plexiglass window mostly closed, to which she then started yelling at the top of her lungs “NOW DO YOU HEAR ME?? GIVE ME YOUR INSURANCE PAPERS NOW!!”.&nbsp;&nbsp; That was it. After the last year of dealing with this Covid mess and the lack of respect from shippers receivers and some fuel stops towards us “essential workers” my temper was pretty ragged. I yelled back at her that u didn’t hit anything and for her to #### and listen. This police academy flunk-out Karen twit was hell bent on not letting me get a word in at all. Just then the other guards walk in and told her it wasn’t me who hit their beloved construction fencing. That wasn’t enough to placate this POS burger flipper wannabe excuse for a security guard. She then directed me to a door and demanded I produce the insurance document or I could be held for review as a possible witness. This ###### wasn’t about to cease her “I am security guard hear me roar” schtick.</p><p><br /></p><p>after getting into my door I had to go back to the guard shack to retrieve my gate pass, and she was nowhere to be found. I requested the offending female badge number so I could contact Securitas abs make a report against them.
