Almost anything is repairable, but without seeing close up pics of the damage it's difficult to tell if it's worth it. I doubt it is. I think the deck "bolsters" between the axles broke off, which means it snapped the cross members. It probably tweaked the frame then as well in that area, maybe not visibly, but I'd be surprised if it didn't.

He's probably one of those Heavy Haul Van fleet drivers gonna come show us big boys how its done!
    LOL, that's funny, I'm funny!

Tare weight + payload weight / number of axles = yup I can permit that...still doesn't mean you have the right equipment for the job stupid!

You can absolutely scale that on a on a tri axle step deck, o haul them on s tri axle lowboy and I'm about 57,000 on the trailer. 57,000 is about right for those old green weinies, Ritchie specs is probably for the newer ones a TS14 is no where near the machine a TS32 is that's like comparing a 615 Cat to a 637.

I have never hauled one and I have to go by the specs I can find. Even so, I would never haul one on a stepdeck. Even if each tire puts equal weight on the ground you are talking about 14k per tire on the edge of the deck at 57k. I also understand that they are not the same machine but the % of weight for the bowl VS the tractor does make a difference in how you load it.

Broker thinking to self- "I told that a-hole heavy haul guy I'd get this moved for $1.60/mi."
    Sad, but true.

Yeah on an aluminum step was a little questionable for sure I think a steel one would handle it. And tractor/bowl distribution does affect it that's why I'm so heavy on the trailer with any scraper because the location the front tires, because of the front overhang then being limited to where you can load it so it sets on a bolster transfers a lot of weight back. With a 627G I'm grossing 138,000 with 73,000 of that on the trailer even though empty the tractor is something like 65% of the weight distribution. You wouldn't think it would be that heavy on the trailer but it is. The specs you sited are for a TS14G that's the newer ones with a different motor, transmission, hydraulic system and gaurds. This one is a B or C model 471 Detroits and Allison powers shift transmissions they're a fair amount lighter.

Well I know it's not nice to say this but, See what happens when the cut rates say yea I can do it and I'm going to make the big bucks
Wrong setup to load that unit.. Hope they learned a lesson.
And the broker will say not my problem, and leave them hanging...
