Amazon getting into the boating business!!
Looks like they put something down on 3-4 boats!!
Maybe the boats that were damaged will be sold at a reduced rate – some assembly required!The_vett, Flat Earth Trucker, rollin coal and 1 other person Thank this. -
Yeah, no.. Amazon regrets the incident but is not responsible. The contractors will be buying these boats.

Maybe not. Keep in mind with the new nuclear virdict where the broker can be held responsible for what the carriers they hire do in specific instances. If this is one of those here today gone tomorrow H1B/illegal ops and they skip town....well better then even chance amazon will be buying a few boats.exhausted379, The_vett, Flat Earth Trucker and 1 other person Thank this.

I was being sarcastic in my comment. They would make an empty statement like that to the media if asked about it. And of course Amazon is responsible for all of the mayhem, destruction and death caused by the cheap labor they 1099 out. Legally though their hands are clean. I guess we'll see how this legal precedent plays out.
The_vett Thanks this. -
I know, im just snarky when it comes to amazon. How they havent been sued into the ground for half the #### they do ill.never know.The_vett, rollin coal and mjd4277 Thank this.

Two words: plausible deniability!lolThe_vett Thanks this.

Amazon logistics could be affected by the new scotus ruling as well..I bet many of those loads are brokered thru them
