Send HireRight a letter asking for validation. If ASL doesn't answer, providing proof, HR should take it off of your DAC.

Well, I submitted my application, and got an initial phone call. Don't know what to think of it, because it seemed hurried. This is my second time applying, as they weren't hiring out of my area the first time I tried. I sure hope I get hired. This is almost like a union job without being in the union.

Because this company does have good pay, great insurance and new trucks they feel they can threaten you with your job.if you have 3 log violations in 3 months, whether it’s 2 minutes or 2 hrs it makes no difference.the safety dept has a them against us attitude.they are waiting for you to mess up.they saw the glare of my cell phone which is also my gps and said I was on my phone but the reality was the safety lady was out to get me due to the manager not willing to fire me over a log issue.the other driver who posted a lot,Volvo was also fired for a late load.he had to wait 6 hrs to be loaded and got a late start.3 lates in 3 months will get you fired, never mind that you was up all day waiting to be loaded.you will be expected to run all night.great job but you have to deal with the constant threat of being fired

Glad that isn't an issue for me, as I was purged during orientation. I got the feeling from the beginning that they were snobby... their sheeit don't stink. Much happier driving local than constantly watching over my shoulder.

Had trucks leased on there when Tom first left Packerland and started ASL. It was ok for a short time when all the old Packerland people moved there but the larger they got, the worse it got.
