Like all truckers they tend to stick to themselves, but will engage in conversation like normal people. It's been very pleasant. </p><p><br /></p><p>The company also will pay for a TWIC if you decide to get one. They also reimburse for cleaning supplies for the truck and other things. Frankly, I'm in awe of what the company does for their drivers. No other company I've worked for has been this pro-driver before. </p><p><br /></p><p>I get my first dispatch sometime tomorrow to leave out Sunday. Best of all I don't have to call people to get permission to drive my personal vehicle onto the lot to un/load my truck. They're so laid back and allow me to be the professional driver that I am.
