    The Feds will be moving to continuous brain scan after the idiots kill people with disconnected ELDs. Then the idiots will find a way to disconnect their brains oh never mind.

    Here’s my take:

    Editing and cheating logs is all fun in games until you have an accident (even if it isn’t your fault) and you go bankrupt.

    I do prefer and I personally still on paper logs because I actually am happier and safer sleeping when I want to, not when I’m told to.

    The cell towers you use will track you. That data is stored by your phone company. Tower range is not that far. If the Feds have a warrant for that data they will give it to them.
