Just Wow! But doesnt surprise me. Ive seen conestoga drivers pull the curtains back and have all sorts of load securment just laying around the deck, with very minimal securment on the load.

Used to be gravity was good enough to hold the trailer on. Then some genius said:
"Oh boy! If he hit a bump big enough to launch the trailer vertically 6 feet at the exact same moment a hurricane were to blow under the trailer reach his trailer will fall off!"
