    Seriously!!?? The fact that hte water truck couldnt make the intersection and punched the pickup some twenty feet sideways from the water truck? They need to look at it? Might as well go back to school if you need to consider it.

    A loaded water truck would not have to be speeding to smack a pickup 20 feet sideways, mmaybe he was distracted, and never hit the brakes, or even more probable the brakes were so far out of adjustment they did basically, then again he might have been speeding.
