    The truck had to have blown a steer tire. I can't imagine a drive or trailer tire causing that much issue.

    I don’t understand why the state police continously allow drivers to park illegally on the shoulders leading into rest areas?

    Shouldn't they be making these trucks move?

    I see them park on the shoulder going down the highway way past what would be safe, much less legal, all the time. Pretty darn stupid.
