    If I don't get some work soon at my current company I am going to have to make a change. My question is can I make more money as otr or doing the out and back lanes? I dont mind staying out 2 weeks if they can keep me running

    There are several current and former A&R hands in the Tanker, Bulk, & Dump subforum, and several threads about that company. I think the general consensus is that "system drivers" make the most at A&R.
