Any good companies for O/Os in Houston?

I have two trucks and looking to lease on with a company, preferably in the Houston/Southwest area. Anyone else lease onto a company and can give some advice on where to find good companies looking for owner/operators?

Looking for OTR, prefer 1099, dry van, drop and hook freight, running up to two weeks at a time, and good dispatch and good communication. Can run all 48.

Would be interested in joining a good outfit but mainly just want to lease on with an honest company, preferably family owned.
