Any good O/O tax servicing companies out there?

Stay away from Contractor Business Services,LLC

 

I set up an account with them back in August. They charged me $375 to set up my LLC which was done and in a timely manner. Then, I was supposed to pay $60 a month (or $30 if I send them my spreadsheets) for them to handle my accounting. They were supposed to keep in contact with me, giving me monthly updates and P&L figures as well as estimated tax payments. This along with everything else an accounting firm normally does. However, they never communicated with me AT ALL. In fact, it took a letter to them wishing them to cancel my account to get them moving. THEN, even after I was assured of improved communication, I still never got anything from them via phone or email. Finally, after another month, they canceled my account stating that they couldn't find any good help. The good thing though.....they never charged me a dime, no bills, no invoices, nothing. I am glad I have to pay nothing for nothing.

I got their brochure from the Davis Travel Plaza in Stony Creek, VA.

Oh well, lesson learned.
