Any info on good company for drivers with little experience???

    Hey everyone I'm a newer driver I got my CDL in September and have been working for a small company driving since in now Looking into going on the road I have pre hires with several companies biggest ones being swift, Schneider and Werner also transport America and am leaning towards swift but I can't see where I still should have to go through 200 hrs of mentoring when I have 2 months exp some places make it less where I have some exp does anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks..

    I can understand that after knowing several older people that used to be in the industry and how much it hurt them when all the big companies became involved.. Do you have any good suggestions for a driver in my situation with a good company..

    What is your motivation for going to a big carrier? I've had some of my best luck at outfits with less than 20 trucks.

    I've heard alot about Trans Am and Watkins Shepherd do you know much more about there training than the days??

    stick it out till next spring, not a good time of year to change,
    Come spring everyone is hiring, and your exp. will look a little better also

    Honestly my motivation is the pay where I work now is a straight hourly pay and on 40hrs a week no overtime or anything and I go out quiet abit in gas commuting to work everyday..
