Cell phone policy is simple - don't talk while driving or in yard move on the yard at the DC. Don't do it while driving around the store property either. 10 minutes 5 miles out from a store, DC or other stop (fuel) hang up the phone end your call. No phone use while "on duty fueling" other than those scenarios talk as much on it as you want to. No texting while driving or in yard move. Even if your parked in yard move don't text or call, it'll cost you the job if you have an accident/incident and they see it in the audit. In short it's common sense don't be dicking around with the phone when you know you shouldn't be anyways. It can always wait.
