Any mega carrier that does cdl permit

Hello I’m looking towards getting my cdl a. I’ve been looking towards getting it sometime now and I want to get it through a mega carrier. I would like to know if there’s any mega carriers out there that would send you right away to one of their facilities, and practice then take the permit then continue on with their cdl program. It’ll take too long here for me to acquire it due to dmv being backed up, and honestly I would like to leave as soon as possible as mentally I need a change and get away. Getting my cdl has always been a dream of mine but I need to go, is there any carrier that does this?
