Hey guys, not sure if this is the right forum or whether I should have posted in the oilfield forum.

Ive been working up north for 6-7 years now doing everything from gravel haul, walking floors, super-B flatdeck, super-B and tri-quad tanking, hauling chips, hauling logs yadda yadda.

    Currently still hauling oil.

Been hauling oil for about 3.5 years now in Fort St. John/Grande Prairie area and looking for a change.

I did some googling for jobs in the Saskatchewan/Lower Alberta region (Lethbridge) etc. Because awhile back I saw some ads for fluid hauling but having a hell of a time now. Kijiji and Craigslist are littered with spam and ads for unrelated searches.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any tanking companies in Saskatchewan that are looking for experienced drivers and hopefully pay well.

Not limited to tanking companies but preferably.

I'm willing to learn something new if the money is right

Can also run a front end loader pretty well.

Here are some companies that I know of.

South East SK, near the North Dakota border:
Spearing Service LLP in Oxbow, SK near Estevan, Three Star Trucking in Estevan

    Central:
GPE Fluid Hauling in Kindersley, Good to GO Trucking also in Kindersley.

A bunch of 1 man companies haul water and emulsion around Turtelford.

Google fluid hauling Saskatchewan or try kijiji to see who's hiring. Oil is really slow everywhere.

Specifically oil or just tanking in general? I've heard Westcan in AB switched to an entirely hourly pay scale and if their benefits program is anything like Paul's Hauling and you can tolerate a governed truck and a bit of micro-management, most of their (WC and PH) seem really happy.

I gave Paul's a shot over the summer and found out tankers aren't for me. If I enjoyed the work I would have stayed.
