    I renewed mine earlier this year and then just went back a few weeks ago to change my address on it.
    I didn’t get the Real ID. I could have.. but didn’t

    You can get the physical done anywhere. You can email the card to the DPS to get it updated. Just make sure to get it all done a few weeks before its due. As far as your hazmat you will either have to wait until you move your license over to TN or come back to TX and get it done here.

    You are allowed to get a non real ID license, you just won't be able to fly without it.
