The title says it all. I had a violent vibration in the right front. I went to the goodyear store and replaced the tire. My tire guy laughed and asked where the wet balance beads came from. The truck is new to me. Now I am wondering if all the tires have them. So is there any way to know without breaking them down? Thanks

Ive had a tire tech listen to the tire while they spun it slowly with it on the truck when jacked up but never tried that trick myself.

Balance beads, from my recollection, are in a separate ring that's installed under the wheel. I don't think they are supposed to actually be in the tire.

Youre thinking the centramatic ring, there are balance beads that go directly in tires, theyre my personal preference, but cant have moistire in the tire, a leak and constantly airing it up in a humid climate is a good way towards ops issue

When they put the balance beads in, they are supposed to put the valve cap on that has a red top on it so that you know.
