They also have a new one for your phone m.2 something like that I've never used it. I still use a blackberry haven't gotten high tech enough for the droid or iphone yet lol. Also to the person who complained about TQL. If you never use TQL you can "hide " one of their loads and then they will never come up. I did that with a company up my way that used to always post no extra stops but every time you would call them they would have three or four stops on it. So I blocked them once and have never seen another load from them I think it was called hide or block but it works whatever its called

Well, apparently they've nixed the m.truckstop.com site now, I wonder if too many people started using it when classic went away. I'm going to call Tuesday to see if they've got anything else in the works. I looked at the ITS Facebook page today, and there are a lot of people on there telling them that the new site is lacking, some of them in slightly more colorful terms.

Thanks, I didn't realize they'd changed the mobile site until you posted this. I was planning on just using the old mobile site (m.truckstop.com) on my computer, since it was working well for me, but I guess ITS wanted to screw that up too. The new mobile site is as jacked up as everything else that ITS is doing right now. The Android app looks exactly like m2.truckstop.com, which is to say, awful, although it's a lot better than trying to navigate ITS2 on my phone.

I've used all fo the big three boards; DAT, ITS, GL.

DAT very expensive and you can't have multiple computers looking under one account.

GetLoaded used to allow multiple users under one account but no more, also interface can be cumbersome.

ITS alllows multiple users under one account. I believe they started 2 to compete with some of the features DAT had. If they add a lanemakers feature they'll totally own them.

However, I've found that the ITS mobile version doesn't allow the same usablility that ITS classic allowed on a smartphone. If you attempt to use 3.0 on a mobile and click on a load it brings up the load screen but will not allow you to clear that load screen (hit the x). The ITS Trucker app fits everything into the phone screen (unlike classic or 3.0) but doesn't allow you to alphabatize the locations. Also for me it doesn't allow FSD. You have to choose either flatbed or step deck seperately. These are some of the things I have found so far.

I'm sure they'll get the message and come out with an "updated" 3.0 that'll look an awful like classic. Just call them up and ask if they've ever heard of Netflix.

I so agree with you, ITS2 is just a failure. If you only have same couple of lanes maybe its a little easier, but only few I have trucks all over America and to say that I'll be that same spot next day is impossible. The way you can't open new tabs is just stupid. So basically if you want to be able to search loads for more then one truck you need to buy account for each truck. Because it is just limited to viewing one truck, and this days you view loads and have to call every single one to find the best possible option.
I called Truckstop and basically what they say is "get used to it". When I click on a load I want to view it takes 5 seconds to open. If your familiar with computer, I have 10mb internet and just purchased a new PC which is top of the line, cost me $1800. Now tell me how can my PC be lagging to open a single pop up, when truckers edge or any other site woks just fine.
All that ITS crew know to say is "clean your cache and cookies" now how stupid does that sound.
Another thing I just found out is that they went Paperless. I didn't get a bill so I called them and that's how I knew. First month they switched they just blocked my account with out saying anything, when I called them they said we switched to advance pay, some BS like that. so you have to prepay first, I was like OK but I better get bills on time from now on.
Right now I told them I want bills mailed to me that no other option works, their words were, well too bad we switch paperless nothing you can do.
So unless I'm getting something wrong here, I'm paying them, I hired them for the services so that means they should be able to provide the services. All other normal companies who don't have their head up their ##### respect your needs. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Anyone who reads this and agrees please respond and lets try to do something to force ITS to get their head out of their #####

My understanding of this is that in classic you could refresh as many times as you need. Loads can be posted every second and waiting a minute to refresh could be money loss for you. instead of getting new servers and faster once. they just hired some cheap web developers to design cost efficient site that benefits ITS only. yes they added some new features but that could be done with out changing the whole look for the site and how it operates. They keep on saying crap like out technology is too old and couldn't keep up with what something. If you want new technology buy it but that does require to mess up what works.
They only reason they did all this changes is because it saves they a bunch of money, on top of this this pay in advance thing. just think about it everytime they get $35 or more month in advance that's a big plus.

You can use the "NowLoads" feature under the searching tab against your posted trucks. You will get a live stream of new posts.

To me, this is about useless due to the number of duplicate and auto-refreshed posts. On the rare occasion I do hit a fresh one, it's like trying to win a phone-in radio contest where the prize is a cheap load. If I don't immediately get stuck on hold, they won't negotiate because they have a dozen potentially cheaper carriers waiting in the queue.

In their defense, they haven't gone up in price since I started using them in 05. How many things do you use that you can say that about ? Don't get me wrong, ITS Classic was simply the best, easiest board out there. I've read elsewhere that the technology was outdated and simply could not work anymore. Give Scott and his team some time, they're no dummies.
