As @snicrep posted, even covered on the catwalk, the weather takes it's toll. Wrap it up as much as you want and it'll still get road grime on it. You'll also get filthy with road grime while taking the covering off the bike.
I didn't take a bike with me, but if I had, would have put it inside the sleeper.

I admit, I have one, it folds up, put it at the end of my bunk. It’s a game changer when you have downtime. Thing hauls and has lights etc. Will run about 22-30 miles on a full charge. My fellow truckers are stumbling into the truckstop to get a crusty roller dog and I’m cruising down the road at 18 mph on my electric folding bike to the local steakhouse. Lol, you get the idea. Sometimes I sit for a day or two after I drive coast to Coast. Get on Google maps and look up stuff to do nearby and you can go do it because you got transportation. Also use it to go to the grocery store and get my food , although I haven’t been bringing it with me the last few trips I usually regret it.

Ok good deal. I was out with mine almost six (6) weeks. We took a week off and went to Florida so my trainer could get his and his estranged wife's taxes done. Had the best orange juice I ever drank.

That’s exactly what I was hoping to hear. Thanks for the reply. Only thing is Chinatown already convinced me to get a unicycle that goes 68MPH…

Oh man good orange juice is the best, once I had good fresh orange juice I was so spoiled I couldn’t even think about drinking the stuff at the grocery stores.

Scooter will be cheaper than the unicycle, I believe.

Yes, it will be. Also I would imagine a whole lot safer. Always you need to be vigilant no matter what obviously.

What if it catches on fire?
I'm thinking what are your checks going to be like if it's slow?

At 68 mph , if for some reason you have to slam on the brakes, I seen something like that on a Roadrunner cartoon.

The_vett, 77fib77 and Oxbow Thank this.
