The past seven years it has always been no problem. I would call and someone would answer right away to confirm that they received it and I am done. This year I emailed twice, contacted someone else in TN DOT who said he would also email them, I left two voice messages, and nothing. I am getting close to my expiration date will it expire before they get around to it or will they understand it is their fault for not getting around to it? I went to their site and I can see where it shows it is in pending status for the past 13 days.
Anyone having trouble renewing their med card info with TN DOT?

Sounds like possibly a hiccup on their end. In GA, I scan my medical and upload it to their database. I usually get a confirmation in a few hours. You may visit one of their drivers license centers in person to be sure.

My DMV is hell. I probably have to wait 10 hours for them to tell me to visit the website. Plus it isnt like I am home daily I am on the road.

No trouble for me. I always do mine in person. DMV offices have a scanner. It takes about 1 min to upload it in your file.

Ok for some reason they finally got back to me and said it was approved

Just did mine recently. I'm in TN too. It was a cluster. I was almost late but they're disorganization didn't make it any easier. I eventually got through to someone who told me mine had been approved and updated but it took days of calls.

Yeah I think a lot of places are operating like it's still 2009 without realizing things are picking back up. A lot of times I go to the Subway at any truckstop and no workers are even there.
