Anyone heard of Mon Mack Trucking?

I searched all through here as well, but no dice ........
Theyre listed as being in Edinburg, TX and I can find nothing from anyone whos worked there,
They have an ad on indeed for frac sand in STX, WTX, Laredo, but they have no reviews at all anywhere.
Theyre also listed as "DBA", and the registered name is ASCENSION LOGISTICS LLC

Looking them up on safer, I see they had like 45 drivers, and in a months time dropped to 13 drivers, and the inspection reports look horrible. Theyre at a 32.3% OOS and national average is 20.7% -- yikes



Looking deeper it seems to be a ton of brake and tire issues. a couple brake chamber issues, and other physical stuff drivers wouldn't be responsible for, like mismatched chambers on same axle type stuff.

They have O/O's, so I'm thinking they had a bunch of #### operators that got dinged and all of those incidents went on them causing their score to moon.



Anyone have some insight?
