Anyone know of a good lease purchase with no penalty for early buy out & no balloon payment?
Looking forward to a truck that can be paid off in 1 year.
I know that someone can offer great advice so I came to the best place to ask!
Thanks

Why look at lease when used truck sale prices are dropping steadily?
I genuinely ask out of curiosity. If you are looking for early buy out and a one year payoff, then you are clearly looking to BUY a truck rather than lease one.
My truck (the one in my avatar) was purchased for $44,500. 2013 with 521,000 on the clock. $8,000 in down payment, $2,000 to the finance company for upfront fees, $700 in minor fixes and a repair, and down the road we went!
My current payoff amount is $33,000. If I run the loan to term, I'll pay a bit under $48,000 all told. And from what I'm hearing, the used truck market is getting even better from a buyer's perspective.Shutupandkeeptrucking, bzinger and buddyd157 Thank this. -
So I should be getting truck from some where like loan mountain?
I only considered lease purchase due to not having the upfront cash. -

When I say upfront cash I mean like 30 - 40 k to purchase the truck... my expenses are low no car payment Paid in cash .. No children no worries at all... turning 27 tomorrow... a lot of you guys are twice my age with a number of other issues.. so maybe we might misinterpret the situation a little . *** nothing else to do but further my trucking career ***

You got some good advice here.
Pay attention to these guys. They're willing to help and most of them know what they're talking about.
Stick around and you can make some progress toward your goals. Leave and you didn't accomplish anything useful.
Your choice of course.Last edited: Jan 6, 2020
