Anyone Know of this Company (SZL Inc.)

So far my experiences with Bill have been Great. I am pleasantly surprised. He has given me nothing but good advice. As far as his lease program goes???? I would never do it. I have never seen one that works yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Done one way back in 1978. North American Van Lines had a New Product Division. Never Again.
Anyway, he will send you the contract before you start. He will go over the contract on the phone step by step so you are aware of what he pays and how he pays. Yes there are things in there I don't like!!!!!!! However I know going in what to expect. For the O/O he pays Practical Miles. On the Lease drivers he pays Short Miles. As far as bonuses go????? Well I figure I'm not going to let that upset me. Yes he makes it hard to reach. But then again I figure I'm going to make my Milage and my Fuel Surcharge. Doubt if I will make Bonuses.
Help and Information. He has been a great help and anytime I've had a question I e-mail him and he gets back to me. Doesn't seem like a bad guy to me. It's America baby and we have choices. I've made a few bad ones and Bill has been there to help.

 

My dad works for SZl INC now and was wondering if he walked away from the job is he going to have to keep paying for the truck?

 

My attorney told my friend working for another company you won't have to pay for the truck if you quit but he can put negatives on your DAC. It shouldn't stop you from finding work elsewhere though...

SZL's O/O program is great - if you can get the miles. This winter has sucked and it's been the lowest earner I've had in years. I am starting to think about looking for a new job, but I like SZL.

 

Have I met you? are you the guy in the T600?

 

Bill is a real good guy. He gave me a lot of great info. And I would have signed on with him but I had some problems with the title on my truck and Bill couldn't plate my truck out of Colorado. I found a company out of Chicago and have stayed with them. But my limited experience with Bill was very good.
