I've noticed just the opposite. Very few trucks on the road and parking when and where I want to. In the last month I've only found one truck stop that was full and that was a Loves that was right in the middle of a big city at like 9pm. I expected it to be full. But other than that I'm seeing fewer trucks than before.
In fact this morning I got on the interstate and it was 45 min before I passed another truck or another truck passed me.

I don't know about trucks in particular, but I have crossed Atlanta, Houston, Dallas and Denver in the past few weeks and it was easy-breeze.

Stopped in Ohio the other day at a fairly large Pilot, and by 4 it was 85% full or more.Just passing by Thanks this. -
Maybe it is a sign of the slowdown, as well. More trucks sitting and waiting for loads that are scarce.

Plenty of truck traffic in Texas and Oklahoma. Blessedly lighter 4-wheel traffic, though.
