Anyone taken the top fairing off a 5700?

    Thinking about taking it off as I got rid of my conestoga and the wind really pushes the truck around. It looks simple assuming I don’t have to disassemble the interior. I’d have to guess it’s 100 plus pounds but I do have access to a telescoping forklift. Any tricks or tips?

    Yours is simple because it's attached with rivets. I've seen several trucks like that.

    Those are stainless torks head bolts
    (t45 I think)
    The fairing can be handled by 2 men on step ladders and one more catching/supporting while standing on the frame. It ain't easy but can be done. Replace the bolts to prevent leaks.
