Major area need improvements:
1) knowledgeable tech support.
2) software updates.
Major problems faces when calling customer service for tech support it is appear there is no set protocol how to understand customers problems and troubleshoot.
Every tech support has it own way helping you.
Most of the tech support just open cases
Which most of the time not been followed.
These factors crating frustration for users.
I don't know if its the shady company I worked for, or a bug with the app, but every time I signed in, and every time I certified a log, it told me "unidentified miles have been assigned to you, do you accept?". I never "agreed" for it to assign them to me. I went back in my history and my logs were NOT edited. Only thing I can assume is the company had other people trying to run the truck "off the clock" and the elog is trying to stick those miles anywhere it can. It's like a drug dealer... "Hey man....you want some miles?"...
