I am seriously considering going to PTI. I was wanting to know if anyone can give me a recent opinion on this company, preferably someone who is or has been employed there in the last year or so. Looking for info like how they treat their drivers and how the miles are. I am thinking about doing the "out and back" run out of Edwardsville, IL.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I know they haul a lot of georgia pacific loads.
Heavy stuff.Flip_Flop Thanks this. -
Yeah, the company name is what they primarily do. Lots of roll stock paper loads and such.
Flip_Flop Thanks this. -
Yeah I know they haul roll stock and scrap paper. I would be hauling out of Unilever which I've done several times before with other carriers. I am looking for info like how they treat their drivers and how the miles are and whether or not they hold true to what they say.

I would request more info on if you're live loading/unloading or always drop/hook. I've wasted a lot of hours waiting for the door to deliver Roll Stock, and I swear some of the GP facilities must have strong unions based on worker performance/speed.

@ExOTR Yeah I have delivered and loaded quite a few of those in the past. They are paying $16/hour detention pay so at least there should be some decent compensation for the wait. I would actually be hauling freight for Unilever though, wich would be quite a bit of soap. I was also told it would consist of quite a bit of drop & hook freight.Need4Speed Thanks this. -
Okay, that was December of 2016 anything new to add? Did you go to work for them Flip_Flop?
