Sounds like an alternator issue. Does the APU cab control come up with a fault when it shuts off?
-
Nope jus keeps trying to start, have the alternator on apu changed out 2 months ago
-
Have you had the batteries checked out? Might have a bad one. I had one go in my original truck and it caused all kinds of havoc until they replaced the batteries.
-
Dont know if they checked it, was the ta in fort bridger,wy they had it for 4 hrs dude said he checked everything

Check the wires on the back of the apu alternator make sure they are tight. Since you said it was changed out maybe somethings worked loose? Is this a tripac? make sure alternator/ac compressor belt is tight and intact?
Bigchevy Thanks this. -
Belts are tight ill check the wires here in a few, thanks

Is it a strong healthy crank? If not, pull the air filter and see how well it cranks. Then blow the filter out with a good dose of compressed air, if needed, to get you by until a new one can be acquired.

Ya it sounds like a good start just cant stay started ill half to look fir the air filter
-
? u say want stay started ? fuel filter ? cracked line ?
