If you don't have work that requires a step and pays more for it: don't buy one.

Why your getting ready, get a subscription to a load board and start watching it. Help to learn your market. Kinda plan your day and see what it looks like.

    DSK333 and Gumper Thank this.

Im thinking 2000 and older, dont know after that. I know up here in the rust belt and if your hauling mucho Iron, that its most guys are not using Ravens, or Transcrack. Mostly Mac, or East, And alot of Big Bubba's. I have a less than great opinion on Retinours.

I’ve been watching the truckloads load board app for a few months to get an idea.

Just try not to get one that looks like this loaded. He had about 40000lbs in the middle. It's an alutec drywall trailer. The bow looked even worse in person. 20180321_192004_HDR.jpg

I didn't go for chain pulls as I wanted the option to add them later (and never needed them)...thus preserving the integrity of the floor. I does have 2 boxes in between the rear axles. Has a 10FT upper deck and 38 lower. it is the 556C model, been a great trailer.

    cke and Ruthless Thank this.

Problem with that is he'll need a DOT number for the better boards.

    cke Thanks this.

Gotcha. I just remember reading another one of your threads where you mentioned still being a company guy. Didn't know you had an activated authority.

    cke Thanks this.
