Are Beer/liquor loads considered exempt from HOS under covid 19 waiver?

    Methinks not but I have someone swearing up and down that it is. Full truckload going from a brewery to a beer/liquor distributor.

    Can't imagine it being exempt. Maybe if you put on some large graphics on the trailer that says "MODERNA" they might let you slip right on through.

    no its not exempt...
    If he wants to argue just have him show you the BOL.. if it's exempt it must say so on the BOL

    Nope. Hauling beer from brewery to distributor is my main haul.
