I've had 2 driving jobs. 100% vested from day 1 of participation in 401k at both. Guess I'm just lucky.

My total balance and vested balance are always the same. Every contribution, mine or company match are immediately vested. Always have been. -
And with that I'm out.

Now that I know what they are I can tell you (once again) that we don't have one at my company ... we are immediately vested. Not sure why you asked for my "vesting schedule" when I already told you this.
Honestly, I wasn't even aware that some companies use vesting schedules to coerce employees into staying with the company longer than they might want to.Last edited: Jun 18, 2018
