It just seems that way because they catch your attention. I can concede that many places in the United States are becoming more diverse, but immigrants, people of color, are still the minority. White folks still dominate the population. USA will get drastically browner, and more diverse and change the numbers, just none of us will live long enough to see it.

I’m not talking about people of color. I’m talking about white central and Eastern European. Really the only people of color immigrants I see are the occasional Somali. And the occasional Indian

 

When it comes to foreign drivers, I'd say 60% speak and understand NO English, and no reading it either.

All nationalities, not more one than the other. I dealt with it every day for 25 years.
