This program is a transition program for Active Duty Army soldiers (also ARNG and Reserves on active duty) to use the tuition assistance money to pay for CDL training (or a host of other training).
For more information and to look up participating schools by state go to: https://www.hrc.army.mil/site/education/VOTEC_Program.html
This is a pilot program good though 30 September 2009.
Hopefully they keep this going, then I could benefit from this next year.
