I'm compressed now knowing that the Marshall's didn't really March a pack of DOT boys out in handcuffs. That was one truckin legend I was bankin on

Back when I was at Schneider I was sitting in the drivers room and had a driver tell me that he was out in California and HP came through with the SPCA and everyone who was idling and had a dog got a ticket and their dog taken away for abuse since they couldn't idle. He was an older guy and I usually try and be respectful but that was too much.

That would mean some semblance of law enforcement would have to be helping truckers. Think about it, they would actually have to take a trucker complaint seriously (that's a laugh) then investigate then, gasp, shut a working scale down. Come on now driver you know they ain't doing that for us, lol.

If you will take some time to research that you will find the actions were a result of an owner operator group's continued lawsuits, not the Marshal's.

Back in the mid 90s I did see a scale shut down. I was broke down at the North Carolina Southbound scales near Gastonia on I-85. I never was able to get the whole story but something happened between a driver and a back then DMV officer there. A man in a stationwagon drove into the scale and went inside. About 10 minutes later I noticed trucks bypassing the scale and all of the Officers got in their cars and left. I was there for about an hour after. The scale was still closed when I left.

Criminal mischief in the state of Florida appears to be directly related to criminal damage of property. What did you break, damage or destroy? Lol

In regards to future jobs if there's no alchohol related charges no sense even bring up that topic if it's only "criminal mischief"

They probably are, but not for the reason he wanted you to think... it's because they're used for shovelling so much high-fat and high-sugar crap into his gaping maw. He's going to die of a heart attack.

If, the time has not gone investigate this further( never blacked out before) take a drug test focused to that type of episode. (Passive/Aggressive responses take place more times then there reported.). What if: im sure ur last employer would like to know what occurred. (slipped a little something extra in ur drink)
