Ok. I know what you are talking about. There was a pilot over in West Memphis, AR that has that. They had about what appeared to be at least 100 of them. Isn't it like $2-3/hr?
Also, could you comment on their pay by percentage program?

by % pay I'm guessing you mean the 26% for regional drivers. my trainer is regional he makes good money with the % pay. and he takes weekends off cause he is a million mile driver. like today we have a load going 60 miles and he will make $80 on that. he got like $200 for a load from tulsa to lonestar tx we just did. every load is different you just get 26% of what ever arrow charged for the load. unless your an O/O then its 70% -
also on there % pay you don't get paid for deadheading unless you are a million mile driver. and then its only after the first 50 miles. sucks I know.

he gets tarp pay. we haven't tarped much thou. no layover pay I don't think arrow pays detention or lay over right now. they don't charge for it either thou. and yes he does refuse some loads.

GOO LUCK!!!! And keep us posted. CAT

but I think only million mile drivers and O/O can refuse loads. O/O isn't forced dispatch million mile driver is but they let them say no to some.
